Making Changes Program
The Making Changes Program is a guided self-discovery and personal development initiative designed to enhance mental well-being and support meaningful, lasting growth. Through facilitated group discussions, reflective exercises, and peer engagement, participants build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and develop strategies for positive life changes.
