Seniors Engagement Program

The Seniors Engagement Program provides meaningful opportunities for older adults to remain active, socially connected, and creatively engaged. Through activities such as chess, bowling, cultural excursions, calligraphy, and arts and crafts, participants are supported in maintaining both physical and mental well-being.

The program addresses social isolation by fostering welcoming environments where seniors build friendships and continue contributing to community life. A key component of the initiative is intergenerational exchange, where seniors share their experiences, cultural knowledge, and traditions with younger generations. By strengthening social bonds and promoting lifelong participation, the program enhances overall quality of life and community resilience.
