The One Canada Multicultural Alliance (OCMA) is honoured to participate in the Aurora Santa Under the Stars Parade, bringing festive energy, cultural pride, and community spirit to this beloved holiday celebration, enjoyed by over 10,000 local residents with more than 2,000 participants joining the parade.

OCMA will present a vibrant Chinese Dragon Dance performance, featuring a team of 20 skilled dragon dancers and 70 festive parade participants dressed in Christmas-inspired attire. The traditional dragon, presented without LED lighting, highlights the strength, elegance, and grandeur of this centuries-old cultural art form. Accompanied by festive music and holiday décor, the performance creates a joyful, family-friendly fusion of Chinese tradition and Christmas cheer.

At a designated point along the parade route, OCMA will showcase a special Dragon Dance routine featuring dynamic choreography, interactive tricks, elevated stunts, and martial-arts-inspired movements. Many performers are trained in traditional Chinese martial arts, bringing exceptional agility, precision, and excitement to the performance.
This unique presentation celebrates diversity, inclusion, and cultural connection, and proudly marks the first-ever Dragon Dance performance in the Aurora Santa Under the Stars Parade.
